How do I login?
With the InstaProofs system that we use, there is no login procedure. Simple choose the link to buy photos and you will be taken to the InstaProofs site. From there you can choose your event and view your photos.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are based on the amount of photos ordered and their size. Shipping costs vary between $4.00-$30.00 depending on what is ordered. Shipping is done through USPS unless other arrangements have been made. Rush shipping is available at an additional cost and will be through FedEx. Because we send out to professional labs, nothing can be done in one day. Depending on the time of an order, two day turnaround is the fastest possible scenario.

How long will it take me to get my pictures?
Pictures are generally shipped out within one week of the order being placed. (Not including weekends and holidays) Please allow for up to two weeks before shipping on orders with sizes 16x20 and over.

When can I view my pictures online?
Your online photos will be available to view within one week of the shoot. If you would like to be notified of the exact date that they are available, please let us know and we will send out an email notice to you when they are ready for viewing. Often they are available sooner.

Can I substitute one size for another in the packages?
Yes! There are certain substitute sizes that can be made with no change to the pricing. Please check with us on which packages and which sizes you would like to modify.

Can I get glossy or matte finish?
Yes, you have your choice of either finish, and in some cases can mix and match if you choose.

What are metallic prints?
Endura Metallic features a unique pearlescent surface. From fine art applications to special event photography and business cards, we think you will agree when we say this paper is truly spectacular.

Endura offers natural looking flesh tones, sharp details, and beautifully saturated colors. Plus, Endura is strong - resistant to tearing and curling without any additional lamination.

This paper uses a patented combination of film and laminate layers that result in striking, three-dimensional, lasting images on an ultra-bright background.

With this paper don’t worry about prints fading. The standard archival value is 100 years in home display and 200 years in dark storage.

Does it cost extra for black and white or sepia?
No. There is no additional charge to order any print in black and white or sepia toned. In some cases photos are showcased as black and white or sepia toned. If you want to see that print in color, there is no additional charge for that either. Simply contact us and we will upload a color version for viewing and ordering as well.

What is sepia?
Sepia is a monochrome coloring or tone used to change the color or tint of a photo. Normally a reddish brown, it will give your photos an "old time" appearance. Sepia and toning is not limited to the traditional reddish brown, but has been successfully done in blues, oranges and greens as well. All standard sepia orders however are in a traditional form of reddish brown unless other wise requested. There is no additional charge.

How many outfits can I wear?
How many can you put on? One of the things that sets us apart from other portrait photographers is that we do not limit your clothing options and poses. We charge our sittings based on time. The time you pay for is inclusive of processing the photos after the shoot, uploading to the internet and basic retouching and coloring. If you want a one hour session and can change clothes and get the shots off, you can change as much as you like.

How many poses will I get?
As many as look good. Again like with the outfits, we won't limit your posing and our processing your poses. In one hour if you can change clothes three times and do three poses with each outfit, we will make every effort to take the best of each pose and prepare it for your viewing and ordering. If you have 6 great poses, you will see them all.

Are custom packages limited to how many poses you get?
No. Again, the beauty of our system. Our discounts are set up based on the amount purchased. So, you can design your own custom packages without limits to size and poses. We won't tell you that you can get 8 different picture sizes but only one pose. You can get one of each if you want and still be eligible for discounts based on the amount you order.

How far away from Las Vegas do you travel?
The $50 extended travel fee only covers the greater Las Vegas area. However, we will travel to where ever you need - travel costs will be covered by you in advance and based on how far we will be going, lodging, rental car and expenses. The travel fee covers travel both out and back but not the actual photo session time. Included areas would be Mt. Charleston and Valley of Fire. Please contact us if you have a question about a location and want to know if there is an additional travel cost.

How long will my pictures be left online for viewing?
Your pictures will be left online for viewing for 90 days. Additional time can be added at the rate of $25 per additional 30 days.
